We reserve the right to request a 30% non-refundable deposit, if cancellation less than 48 hours, when you book for :
Out of respect for our professionals, for you and for all other customers who would have liked to have the time slot you have reserved, we have implemented a cancellation policy.
If you forget or have to cancel an appointment within 48 hours, a penalty of 30% will be required at your next appointment. If you had made a 30% deposit, it will not be refunded.
When you book a treatment, we reserve enough time to complete it and clean it up before the next client. If you are late, we cannot shift the time slot without delaying future customers. This is why the treatment must end on time. No discount can be given for a delay.
We suggest that you arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to complete your questionnaire, go to the bathroom and talk with your professional in order to take full advantage of your treatment.
For the sake of ecology and hygiene, we have set up a system of ”Basket” containing your tools that cannot be disinfected such as your file, your buffer and others. This basket labeled with your name is entirely dedicated to you.
During your first manicure or pedicure visit with us, $2 will be added to create your basket.
In order to respect the time of our electrologist and other clients, here is our policy: A minimum of 10 minutes will be charged during a treatment. The time you reserve will be charged to you as a minimum. Ex: You book for 30 minutes and only take 10 minutes, 30 minutes will be charged.
